We use 100% degradable mailing bags that have been manufactured from 100% recycled plastic films. Our garments are lovingly wrapped in recycled tissue paper. Please recycle rather than discarding our packaging.



All orders will be posted via Royal Mail first class. Orders over £85 will be sent via Recored Signed For mail, so please make sure there will be someone to sign at your delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us due to it not being collected from the post office after a failed delivery, then a further charge for redelivery will be made. We endeavour to post out all orders as soon as possible but we would notify you of any delays. UK orders will generally be shipped within 1-2 working days. International deliveries will take around 10-14 days to arrive and may require a signature on arrival. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

International Orders

For prices outside of the UK mainland, please call or email us. Please note we do not ship to P.O Box addresses. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.


Goods must be returned in new, unused condition and with any labels still attached, within 28 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Please email and we will issue you a returns form. During Christmas this period is extended but please notify us ASAP with any returns. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and retain a proof of postage. PLEASE notify us before sending goods back. Sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that this service will incur a small extra cost (which we will keep to a minimum), of which we will inform you of when answering your query.
